·         The elder scrolls have the same medieval gloomy atmosphere
·         Max Payne and GTA have the same type of style-gloomy, dark and deaths almost everywhere.
·         Sport style games such as Fifa, Rugby, Hockey e.c.t. not all sporty games have the same designer because EA sports and 2K make sports games but both have the same style and feel in their games.
·         Borderlands and War craft both have the same cartoony style but have two completely different designers.

List of game styles:

Forza: colourful and beautiful with a fast and tense racing style. The Forza series has been famous because they have known to have been the best racing games due to them giving the player the most enjoyable, fun, relaxing but also adrenaline rush races that get more realistic with every Forza game released.

Fight night champion: Adrenaline rush fights that keeps you attached to the fight in the game. It is brutal, realistic and modern. This is similar to Forza because it does have bright colours such as the boxing shorts. Fight night has been fun to play and with every release of a new fight night game they keep getting better with graphics, the smooth performance and most importantly the fighting style keeps getting better and better which makes the game a lot more enjoyable.

God of war series: Gruesome, action packed, gloomy, dark and mythical style game. This is unique to this game because no other game has a man/Spartan god in it that takes on and destroys the gods of Olympus and all of the mythical creatures. The god of war series has been very entertaining to watch and play because of the shear brutality it gives the player which you then use to slay mythical creatures and to kill every god one by one.

Lord of the rings war to the north: Has a fantasy/medieval type atmosphere that is dark, gruesome and adventurous. This game offers you a truly epic quest that is good from the start to finish. The lord of the rings has been known by many people around the world not just because of the book but because of the films. The book was famous and it was the first of many unique books that were to come however the release of the first film was what made the book series so . famous. The lord of the rings games have been good but they have been good but lacked the blood, guts and all-out WAR!! With the orcs

Splinter cell series: tactical, violent and stealth like game. This game has a dark kind of atmosphere that players take advantage of too stealth through the level and take care of the enemies silently. The splinter cell series is well known classic game that almost everybody enjoys to play because of the multiple choices such as doing non-lethal attacks or lethal attacks. It also gives you an arsenal weapons that can be used to sneak past the enemy, take down the enemy quietly or just go out all guns blazing.

Metal gear solid: This game is similar to splinter cell where you have to use stealth to sneak around and take out your enemies quietly. This game is stealthy, tactical and violent. This is an original, classic stealth game that allows players to blend in with their surroundings so the enemy walks straight past. It also gives the player multiple choices such as whether to leave that guard alone and continue or too kill the guard and every other guard around and then continue.

Hitman absolution: A stealthy, intense and precise style game that makes your every decision count. It is colourful and also has a dark feel to it at the same time.  The Hitman series have been successful with every release because it gives the players multiple choices on how they want to take out the recommended target that they are after.

Gears of war: an action packed adventure that is gory, violent and has fast paced gunfights. The story style is slightly different compared to other 3^rd person shooters because it offers you touching and also emotional style but still gives you the rush of a 3^rd person shooter with all of the enemies and all of the shoot-em up combat that everyone loves today as much as they did when the first ever 3^rd person shooter got released.

Warhammer 40,000 space marine: this game is similar to gears of war with the fast paced action and the way your character moves around including the gun movements. The two games have different creators but a similar with how the game runs and the way the player interacts with game.

The last of us: an exciting average paced style game that is gruesome, realistic and is also very emotional. This game has a unique style to it that most games do not have and because they do not show enough emotion to the public. This will cause the characters to be less believable. The last of us is a unique game so to me there is no game similar to it.

Mirrors edge: It is visually beautiful, smooth experience and gives you the experience of modern day free runners that is adrenaline rushing realistic. This game to me is another unique game because there is no other free running game out there that offers a realistic view on what free running is like in real life for the professionals.

Dead Space: A tense, scary, dark, gloomy and futuristic style game. This game is a horror game that cannot be matched with all of the violence, gore, action and jump scares. This game is similar to the other horror game out there but it offers the player more enjoyable horror game unlike the classic horrors. This game gives you a new type of horror game that allows the players to interact with a diverse, fun environment but also too still get the scary jumps and gruesome deaths.

Silent Hill: This game is very similar to Dead Space with the intense horror it has with the jump scares and with the tough bad guys to kill. The silent hill series is a classic game for horror because it has been the best-selling horror game since its release and it still seems to impress people today on how successful it is.
